New accounts receive 10 welcome credits. A generation needs 20 credits, so the welcome balance alone does not cover a full task. Demo tracks can be played without buying credits.
A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credits to your site balance. If a provider submission is still unconfirmed, the task remains pending for reconciliation; repeatedly submitting the same task does not resolve it. A credit return is not a cash refund.
What can I upload?
MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A and AAC files, up to 60 MB and six minutes. Upload music you own or have permission to adapt. A new interpretation can change the singer, melody and arrangement; exact preservation is not guaranteed.
